I offer multiple, affordable formats. Small (semi-private) group classes, individual one-on-one training, or even online sessions in the convenience and privacy of your own home. No matter what your current fitness level is, I'm here to guide, motivate and challenge you. Best of all, the workouts are safe, effective and fun.

Evan Spinks holds multiple national certifications and has been working in the fitness community for over 30 years. He grew up in New York City, where he began as a personal trainer in 1994. Throughout Evan's career, he's enjoyed great success, coaching hundreds of clients in large health clubs, small boutique gyms and in their homes. In 2022 Evan and his family relocated to Newport Coast, California and is now offering his coaching expertise to individuals and small groups at Prevail Strength & Conditioning in Laguna Beach, CA.
